About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who brings both technical depth and product care to the work. You will design and build cross-platform apps that perform well and feel right on both iOS and Android, while contributing to team practices and mentoring less experienced engineers when appropriate.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Deliver polished, performant UI across iOS and Android from a single codebase
Integrate with REST APIs, third-party services, and platform-native features where needed
Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions on architecture and quality
Collaborate with designers to implement accurate, responsive UI from design specifications
Support less experienced team members with feedback and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter/Dart
Strong understanding of Flutter widget architecture, state management, and performance patterns
Experience delivering apps to both App Store and Google Play
Solid understanding of platform differences and how to handle them cleanly in Flutter
Good communication skills and a team-oriented working style
