About the role
This is a trainee position for someone who wants to learn recruitment from the inside. You will work alongside our hiring team, support day-to-day recruitment tasks, and get direct exposure to how a tech company sources, evaluates, and hires people. We care more about your attitude and communication than your prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job listings and reviewing incoming applications
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
- Support the recruitment team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Learn to use recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Maintain organized records of candidates and hiring activity
Requirements
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and ask good questions in a real work environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, calendar tools)
- A professional attitude and genuine interest in people and hiring
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or people-facing roles
- Interest in working inside a technology company
