About the role

This is a cross-platform leadership role for an experienced mobile engineer who can lead a team working across Android and iOS. You will be responsible for delivery quality, technical direction, and team performance, while staying close enough to the work to make sound technical decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-platform mobile team delivering across Android and iOS
Define and maintain mobile development standards and workflow practices
Guide architecture decisions and own technical quality across both platforms
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams on roadmap execution
Coach developers and build a team culture of craftsmanship and accountability
Manage delivery timelines and communicate progress and blockers clearly

Requirements

5+ years of mobile development experience across Android and/or iOS
Prior team lead or senior engineering experience in a mobile context
Strong understanding of native and/or cross-platform approaches (Android, Flutter, iOS)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to maintain delivery quality under realistic deadlines
